System “Record”, installed on grain pneumatic drills and mechanical seed drills, processes and displays the following information:

  •  The minimum acceptable value of the level of “seeding flow” (s / s);

DESCRIPTION

The seeding chart is represented by the following components:

* The controlled minimum allowable level of “seeding flow” is a horizontal red line in the center of the diagram and a value (grains / second) above the graph display area.
* Graphs of the level of "sowing flow" - data columns for each vas deferens.
Columns of blue color are located above the horizontal control line - the actual level of "flow of seeding" corresponds to the established allowable value. When the actual level of “sowing flow” decreases below the permissible value, the columns become red, under the control line and an “alarm message” is issued - “sowing is below normal”.

STATISTICS SCREEN

DESCRIPTION

To check the operation of the machine, statistics and data analysis, the “Record” sowing control system has a memory for 10 fields (up to 500 ha each). Choosing the number of the field the owner using the "access level of the Agronomist" can receive the necessary information for all parameters of sowing.

  1. Sequence numbers of the sowing seed tubes (rows)
  2. Selection button of field number for saving and viewing information
  3. The number of sown seeds for each vas deferens and the total for the seed drill under the final line (pcs.)
  4. The total number of "accidents" for each row
  5. “Passed distance” in “accident” by each сошник(m). The sown area with deviations from the norm (Ha) is displayed under the total line
